What is Pioneering People?
Pioneering People is a transparent, seamless platform matchmaking companies like yourselves to verified workers. We removed the hassle of finding workers, especially in the part time and temporary workspaces with our match making technology. We cut out the middleman and the fees of using agencies by allowing Destinations (Companies) to find their ideal Pioneers (workers)
How can my business join the Pioneering People network?
You can sign up in a couple of minutes through our website or our app. We have a simple step-by-step process that will ask you for details such as Company Name, Company Number, Once you have signed up, our admin team will review your profile and verify you. Once you are verified you can begin posting jobs for your Pioneers.
What types of businesses are eligible to use Pioneering People?
At the moment, we are only onboarding registered UK businesses. We are operating mainly in the facilities management, hospitality and catering industries but have a wide range of skilled Pioneers on the platform ready to jump into new opportunities.
How does Pioneering People ensure fair pay and ethical
employment practices among its partner employers?
Pioneering People has a minimum hourly rate of £13.50 an hour for all jobs and Pioneers. This is to ensure that we are paying above London Living Wage and can aide individuals in battling the cost of living crisis.
What payment methods are supported for transactions on Pioneering People?
Pioneering People has a secure payment system supported by Stripe who are FCA approved. The payment methods supported for transactions is a card payment.
Is Pioneering People a secure platform for handling financial transactions?
Yes, our payment partners are FCA approved. We also comply with GDPR regulations and are ICO regulated.
Can I monitor and manage all payments and transactions through
Pioneering People's platform?
Yes you can, you will have a ‘payments’ page on your dashboard where you can see all of your spending. You will also be able to download your invoices through there for every shift you have paid for on the platform.
What are the pricing and fee structures for B2B businesses using Pioneering People?
Pioneering People has no monthly, annual or set up fees. The only fees we charge is a 12% fee for any hourly rates through the platform. This 12% fee gives you access to workers, instantly which have been identity verified as well as had their Right to Work checked.

any issues while using Pioneering People?

No there are not any restrictions on the size of the business that can benefit from Pioneering People. At the moment we are focusing on facilities management, hospitality and catering but are due to grow our industry pool in the near future.

Pioneering People's platform to enhance their experience?
