Our Founder & CEO, Rita Kastrati, grew up in a hospitality family, watching first-hand as restaurants struggled with staff shortages, rising costs, and doors closing too soon.
At university, she worked shifts through agencies where payslips didn’t match the hours, agencies took more than the workers, and good people were left behind because they didn’t “fit the CV.” Those experiences made one thing clear: the system was broken.Rita didn’t just want to build another tech startup. She set out to reshape the gig economy.
