On the home page of your app, you will be able to see jobs listed. You can tap on them to read more details or look up jobs depending on location, job type etc…

You can submit your interest in the position. Once the Destination receives your application – they will decide whether they will have you onboard. You will receive and email and a mobile notification if you are accepted for any jobs you apply for.

We removed the hassle of finding workers, especially in the part time and temporary workspaces with our match making technology. We cut out the middleman and the fees of using agencies by allowing Destinations (Companies) to find their ideal Pioneers (workers)

You can sign up in a couple of minutes through our website or our app. We have a simple step-by-step process that will ask you for details such as Company Name, Company Number, Once you have signed up, our admin team will review your profile and verify you. Once you are verified you can begin posting jobs for your Pioneers.

At the moment, we are only onboarding registered UK businesses. We are operating mainly in the facilities management, hospitality and catering industries but have a wide range of skilled Pioneers on the platform ready to jump into new opportunities.

Pioneering People has a minimum hourly rate of £13.50 an hour for all jobs and Pioneers. This is to ensure that we are paying above London Living Wage and can aide individuals in battling the cost of living crisis.

Pioneering People has a secure payment system supported by Stripe who are FCA approved. The payment methods supported for transactions is a card payment.

Yes, our payment partners are FCA approved. We also comply with GDPR regulations and are ICO regulated.

When you see a job that you are interested in, you will instantly be able to apply by pressing on the apply now button. The Destination will then receive your application which will be your profile and select you for the job if they are happy to go ahead.

When creating your account at Pioneering People, you will be asked to insert your card details. These will be stored so that we can pay you on the day that you work. To ensure that your full payment comes through, please ensure you check in and check out of every Destination you work for. If you do not, we will not be aware that you have completed your work and will be unable to pay you.

No there is not, you can be paid any amount directly into your account once you complete a shift.
